In relation to the restructuring of the company announced 11 September this year, the board has been contemplating a balance sheet strengthening to provide more adequate funding for a refocused business.

Agrinos secures long-term financing

As previously announced in a press release dated 11 August 2008, Agrinos AS (“Agrinos”) has been working on a balance sheet strengthening to provide adequate funding for its business.

Private placement completed

With reference to news release announced 11 December 2013, Agrinos today announces the completion of a private placement of NOK 25.9m (USD ~4.2m) with a subscription price per share of NOK 8 directed towards existing shareholders. This represents 3,231,250 new shares.

Agrinos today announces changes to its board of directors. Thorleif Enger has decided to step down from the board and Kristian Johansen will replace him as Chairman.

North America Distribution, License and Research Agreement between Agrinos and Windcrofte Holdings/Ameropa

Lysaker, Norway/Dallas, U.S., Feb. 24, 2014. Agrinos AS (Norwegian OTC: AGRI), an international biological crop input provider, along with its wholly-owned subsidiary in North America, Agrinos Inc., and Windcrofte Holdings, LLC and its partner, Ameropa North America, have entered into a multi-year Distribution, License and Research Agreement for the sales and marketing of Agrinos High Yield Technology® (HYT®) products in North America, and for the development of next generation yield enhancement technologies based on the Agrinos and Windcrofte Holdings product development platforms.

Chinese Cooperation Agreement between Agrinos and Kingenta

Lysaker, Norway/Bejing, China, 7 April 2014. Agrinos AS (Norwegian OTC: AGRI), an international biological crop input provider and Kingenta Ecological Engineering Group Co Ltd, a Chinese compound and slow release fertilizer company listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, have entered into a cooperation agreement for joint development of the Chinese agricultural crop inputs market.
