In connection with the year-end close and release of the annual report, the Board of Directors of Agrinos has announced balance sheet write downs and a strategy update. 

Agrinos appoints Douglas Ry Wagner as CEO

Lysaker, Norway - June 16, 2014 - Agrinos today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed D. Ry Wagner as Chief Executive Officer. Effective July 1, 2014, Wagner will transition to CEO from his current role as Chief Technology Officer of Agrinos and Head of Agrinos US and Brazil Business Units.

Agrinos steps up U.S. presence, establishes R&D facility and office in Davis, California and corporate functions in Dallas, Texas

Davis, California/Dallas, Texas — July 16, 2014 — Agrinos (Norwegian OTC: AGRI), a global leader in biological solutions for agricultural productivity, today announced that it will step up its U.S. presence by moving several corporate functions from Oslo, Norway to Davis, California and Dallas, Texas. In addition, the company is opening a new research and development office and facility in Davis during the fall of 2014.

Lysaker, Norway, November 12, 2014 – Agrinos AS ("Agrinos" or the "Company") announces today that it intends to offer a new bond issue up to NOK 165m (USD ~25m) in principal amount of Senior Convertible Bonds (the “bonds”) with a 30 months tenor.
